While a Service Agreement provides you the best combination of services and value for your I.T. needs, we do not require you to be Service Agreement client.  We do, however, provide you with a disclaimer that releases us from liablity due to your choice of services.

There are times when remote support will not solve you problem, that's why we are the best choice for your needs.  We also offer repair services which will save you in total cost of ownership, our competitors would rather sell you a new device regardless of the age of the device!
